Nate Talocco partnered with Franworth in 2020 in an effort to take Shazam Home Services to a national level. This partnership created HomeSteady and has since been developing the brand into what it is today.
Nate’s success is built on a career, engineering solutions through all phases of construction, business, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Nate’s early career accomplishments include building a new business from the ground up and then as a Division Manager at Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care, where he cut his teeth in a highly technical service business.
He later took a stab a retail with the creation of Honeybee Baby, a high-end retail experience. Building the brick-and-mortar and an online store and making it into a 5280 Magazine Top of the Town business for two years running.
Nate took his experience to GVR Landscape and turned a bleeding business into a highly profitable growing company. That was sold to Clayton Homes in 2019. Since then, Nate has worked as a Division President of Clayton Properties Group II, managing customer experience at this world-class NPS company.

Nate’s knack for presenting and relatable authority has yielded great alliances with industry and community leaders and stakeholders. He has been sought after as an influential voice Board of Directors, Lead Mentor Coordinator, and Chapter Director Advisor; for the ACE Mentoring Program. He served on Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau Grievances and Standards Committee BBB Torch Award Winner for business and ethics. He was also named to Colorado Biz Magazine 40 under 40.
Nate attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, and earned his BS in Construction Management and his BS in Civil Engineering in 2006.
