Ben, a seasoned professional in the IT and franchising industry, boasts a diverse background encompassing various careers that have shaped his expertise. His journey began in auto glass replacement, where he gained valuable experience working alongside his father. He then pursued training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and devoted four years to serving in the field.
Ben expanded his professional horizons by obtaining a realtor license and exploring the realm of insurance sales. In 2011, Ben’s path led him to Roush Enterprise, where he embarked on his IT journey and expanded his knowledge in the field. He then transitioned to Franchising IT at Service Brands Internation (SBI) in 2014, where embraced the challenges and opportunities presented by the franchising industry.
Ben’s road to Franworth started with the relationships that developed when at Service Brands International (now Neighborly), Servant Systems, and Service Titan, and held strong until the day he began at Franworth.
Joining Ben on his journey are his wife, Jen, their two children Brennan and Ani, and their dog, Finley. Together, they embrace the pleasures of summertime picnics, boating adventures, and hibernating in the winter. As always, he appreciates the adventure that is Franchise IT.
