Karrie Werda serves as an Operations Manager for Franworth, specializing in onboarding new franchisees. Additionally, she helps implement operational processes and systems across Franworth brands, working closely with the brand partners team and franchisees.
She has eleven years of experience in the franchise space and joined the Franworth team in 2017.
Karrie began her professional career with the Indoor Air Quality Association, where she served as the Director of Membership. In this role, Karrie managed the memberships for over 3,000 clients daily. She then transitioned to Belfor Franchise Group and spent five years focusing her efforts on Franchisee Development and the “Jump Start” Training Program. The “Jump Start” Training Program guided the new Ductz and HOODZ franchisees through the initial steps needed to open their franchise.
