Amanda Lightcap is President of Degree Wellness, where she has grown the brand into an emerging leader in the fast-growing wellness and self-care industry.
Amanda began her career in New York as a junior technology sales executive. Prior to business school, she rose through the ranks to manage the buy-side group for NYSE Technologies.
After earning her MBA, Amanda went on to found two technology startups, both focused on serving the retail industry. Sheau was an internet marketplace built to help retailers drive traffic through B2B collaborations. Following Sheau, Amanda built and led Rito, a SAAS platform for customer service and employee feedback, which she successfully exited in 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Duke University.
