Jennifer Fields serves as a Chief Operating Officer for Franworth. Her responsibilities include creating and managing brand processes, programs, and systems. She works closely with our brands throughout all phases of operations, specializing in onboarding and training.
Jennifer has been supporting and driving operational excellence for more than 18 years. She began her career in franchising at Children’s Orchard, a national children’s retail franchise, overseeing corporate and franchise locations. Jennifer’s experience and expertise in operations, program management, and financial analysis have been instrumental in driving unit performance and supporting franchise owners.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She and her husband Brandon, along with their dog Maddy, live in the Metro Detroit area.
