The Beginning of Franworth

Franworth CEO, John Rotche, learned the importance of paying it forward from his renowned mentors Bo Schembechler, Tom Monaghan, and David McKinnon. He quickly adopted their “pay it forward” philosophies which helped Rotche become the successful businessman he is today and inspired him to create Franworth.

While already performing at a level that outpaces others in its category, in 2022, the established 140-unit, state-of-the-art chiropractic franchise turned to the leadership team at Franworth for executive advising and franchising best practices to escalate growth at every level of the organization.

The Barre Code reached beyond “the barre” when partnering with Franworth in 2021 after weathering the Covid-19 pandemic. In just two short years after joining the Franworth Portfolio, the women empowerment brand is back to pre-pandemic sales numbers and experiencing year-over-year, double-digit growth.

Franworth’s non-profit arm, Franchise For Good, partnered with what was originally Colorado HomeBuilding Academy in 2020 and together the two teams built an industry-driven trades academy ready to scale nationwide as BuildStrong Academy. BuildStrong Academy is creating a much-needed skilled workforce for construction and is well on its way to achieving the mission to fill 1 million trades jobs by 2035.

Our Tested Blueprint for Franchise Success

According to the International Franchise Association, only 16 percent of franchise brands reach the critical 100-unit threshold within 10 years.

New franchisors need more than a great concept. They need proven systems and attractive unit economics to propel explosive franchise development and shorten the timeline to 100 openings. Franworth provides the matrix of services to do just that.

At Franworth, we leveraged our experience to create “THE NINE” – our proprietary, formula-based process of concept assessment designed to quantify the “9-Needs” and inform the “9-Fit.” From legal and sales to operations and marketing, The Nine functions of Franworth, guide a franchise from start to finish.
