Franworth CEO, John Rotche, learned the importance of paying it forward from his renowned mentors Bo Schembechler, Tom Monaghan, and David McKinnon. He quickly adopted their “pay it forward” philosophies which helped Rotche become the successful businessman he is today and inspired him to create Franworth.

As of 2023, despite a global pandemic, the business has grown to become an industry-leading franchise in the beauty category, helping women everywhere feel confident. The Lash Lounge currently operates in over 30 states and has nearly 200 new units under development nationwide.
