Brandi Kloostra is Franworth’s Vice President of Digital Marketing. For 25 years, she has specialized in creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for dozens of brands.
Brandi leads digital marketing initiatives for Franworth and works alongside Brand Managers to offer guidance to our brand partners. She reviews and monitors website performance, implements user experience improvements, search engine optimization SEO, and creates scalable local paid advertising strategies for franchisors to guide their franchise owners to drive traffic and online conversions. In addition, she manages Franworth’s digital marketing partnerships to create efficiencies, measure and report on results, and share best practices across tactics to optimize the brands’ returns on investment.
Most of her franchise career was spent at Service Brands International (SBI). There she held several positions in marketing, including Interactive Marketing Director and VP of Marketing. At SBI, she led multi-functional teams to align all stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives. Most notably, redesigning the brand’s websites, increasing traffic, and lead by triple digits. SBI later was acquired by Dwyer Group/renamed as Neighborly, where she served as the Vice President of Brand Management for the company’s five service-based franchises. She then transitioned to the Senior Website Manager for Neighborly’s 13 brands, which included managing websites for their franchise owners’ 3,500 locations.
