Megan Conway is Franworth’s, Chief Marketing Officer. For nearly 15 years, she has specialized in franchise marketing by supporting local owners and leading national strategies, partnerships, promotional campaigns, and franchisee advisory committees.
In this role, Megan leads Franworth’s overall marketing and works with the brands’ marketing teams to ensure best-in-class support and deliverables for brand essence, digital tools, vendor management as well as internal and external communications.
The majority of Megan’s career was spent at Service Brands International (SBI). There, she held several positions, including direct, local marketing support for Mr. Handyman franchisees, and national marketing program leadership for Mr. Handyman and Molly Maid. A few of her accomplishments included year-over-year improvements in both website traffic and leads and a comprehensive rebranding campaign for Molly Maid. Megan’s contributions and stellar performance earned her SBI’s Employee of the Year Award in 2014. For the past year, Megan served as Vice President of Marketing for Restoration Specialties Franchise Group overseeing marketing strategy and programs for Art Recovery Technologies (ART) and Electronic Restoration Services (ERS).
Megan graduated from the University of Michigan’s School of Art and Design, Ann Arbor. She and her husband Brian live in Livonia, Mich. and have four children, Kayla, Aniessa, Chase, and Kenzie.
