Megan Conway joined Franworth in 2019 as Vice President of Marketing and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. For 18 years, Megan has specialized in franchise marketing and supported numerous brands with brand development, brand strategy, franchise marketing strategy, and strategic marketing program development and execution. Before joining Franworth, Megan led marketing strategy for several franchise brands in the home services category, including Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman and Prism Specialties, the industry leader in specialty restoration.
In her current role at Franworth, Megan leads Franworth’s marketing department and partners with Franworth’s brand teams to ensure a strong franchise marketing foundation and effective marketing programs to help these brands excel and scale.
Megan graduated from the University of Michigan’s School of Art and Design, Ann Arbor. She and her husband Brian live just outside of Ann Arbor and have four children, Kayla, Aniessa, Chase, and Kenzie. When Megan’s not working, she’s enjoying time with family, in the garden, or tending to her backyard chickens.
