Jess joined Franworth in 2023 as Director of Operations. One of Jessica’s key areas of expertise lies in franchise management in the health and wellness industry, where she has demonstrated a keen understanding of operational strategy and revenue growth. During her years in this industry, she has shown her ability to cultivate positive relationships, foster operational excellence, and implement transformative process improvements.
Beyond her accomplishments in franchise management, Jess is a highly motivated individual driven by her passion for holistic health and fitness. She currently coaches strength and movement, teaches yoga, and continues to play hockey in the Metro Detroit area after completing her collegiate career playing for the University of Michigan.
Jess graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She and her corgi, Alfie, live in Ann Arbor and you can often find them rucking across town and on the B2B trail!
