Franworth Founder & CEO, John Rotche speaks to our incredible fulfillment and distribution center. He shares how Franworth is always challenging the norm and striving for more efficient solutions, with Franworth Supply Chain being a prime example.

Dan Hannay
President, Franworth Supply Chain

Dan has been with Franworth since 2013, where he served in the roles of Regional Director, Director of Business Intelligence, VP of Operations, before heading up procurement for all of the Franworth Brands. Dan was also a multi-unit franchisee prior to this. His past corporate experience in procurement and inventory management has been instrumental in developing the fulfillment arm of the business.

Director of Operations

Jacob is Director of Operations for Franworth Supply Chain. He graduated from Spring Arbor University with a degree in Global studies. At Franworth’s Supply Chain Division, he leads the management and development of the team with an internal development program, integration of new brands, and KPI performance. During college and after, he lived in Japan for a year as a student, and later served as an English teacher for a year and a half. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife Milly, and they enjoy following football, traveling, and going to the movies.

New Business Manager

Jason is Franworth Supply Chain’s Manager of New Business. He graduated with a degree in Digital Media and has over 15 years of experience in the supply chain industry. As part of his role, Jason onboards and integrates new brands, provides assistance in managing their consumer-facing product lines & ecommerce operations, and manages tech solutions for Franworth’s Supply Chain Division. Jason enjoys horror movies, travel, and cooking in his free time.

Floor Lead

Marissa is the Floor Lead for Franworth Supply Chain. She graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a degree in Korean studies in 2022. She assists with all B2B operations including order fulfillment, inventory projections, and inventory management. In her free time, she likes traveling, baking new recipes, and watching Korean dramas.
