Staff Accountant & HR Coordinator

Kelly Brooks joined the Franworth LAUNCH internship in 2019 and continued as a part-time financial assistant until 2021. Kelly re-joined the Franworth team in 2024 as the Staff Accountant/HR Coordinator.

In her current role at Franworth, Kelly assists the Finance and Accounting team with cash reconciliation, payroll, onboarding, and month-end closes.

Kelly graduated from the University of Alabama in 2020, with a degree in Economics and Math. Her home-base is currently in southern Pennsylvania, but she has had the opportunity to live abroad in Germany and Italy the last two years because her husband, Eli, plays professional basketball overseas! When Kelly’s not working, she enjoys walking her two golden retrievers, Winston and Finn, playing the piano, and working out.
