New Business Manager

Anna Major joined Franworth in 2025 as a New Business Manager. In her role, she supports new franchisees through the onboarding process, guiding them from signing to opening day and helping set them up for success.

Anna studied Marketing at Michigan State University and brings over four years of experience in communication and project management roles. Her background includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring consistent communication across all phases of execution. She thrives on building strong relationships and supporting others in turning their business goals into reality.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys coloring, hiking and camping, diving into a good book, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
