Tim O’Connor serves as a Divisional Vice President for Franworth and brings with him twenty-eight years of franchising experience. He launched his career in the food industry with McDonald’s and Boston Market, where he worked in corporate operations and training for over 13 years. In 2004, Tim moved into the restoration industry, where he aided in launching DUCTZ and HOODZ, playing a significant role in growing both brands into the largest within their respective industries.
In 2012, Tim went on to assist Electronic Restoration Services in launching their franchising efforts, growing it from a twenty-year-old local business into the largest nationwide company specializing in the restoration of electronic equipment and data recovery. Tim spent several years providing consultation and franchising support within the restoration and light environmental service industry before joining Franworth in 2016.
