Karen is a member of the Franworth Legal Department where she assists the team by managing day-to-day legal operations. She is an accomplished administrative with a commitment to excellence.

Karen’s 15+ years of franchise experience began in the home health care field. The skills she garnered there led her to a position at Service Brands International supporting both the Molly Maid & Mr. Handyman executive team.  The quality of her work, execution of support, and ability to streamline processes with innovative solutions earned her several accolades and awards during her time at the company. From there Karen was an Executive Assistant at Bennett Management Co, a multi unit franchisee of Burger King and Tony Packo’s restaurants.

Karen has frequently stepped outside her role to participate and organize company gatherings, fundraising opportunities, and charity events.  Karen’s philosophy centers around what role she can play in helping others, representing her employer in the best way possible, and helping each achieve success.
